● Project Location: Vientiane, Laos
● Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of interior design solutions for above-ground parking lots, warehouses, and refrigeration plant projects.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements, provide professional design recommendations, and optimize spatial layouts.
Participate in preparing design drawings, technical specifications, and relevant documentation for approval.
Produce construction drawings and renderings based on project needs, and oversee on-site construction quality and implementation.
Coordinate with construction teams, conduct technical briefings on-site, and resolve design-related issues during construction.
Handle design changes during the construction phase and propose corresponding modification solutions.
● Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in public building interior design, with familiarity in the decoration process.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Korean to liaise with Korean clients and facilitate technical communication and construction coordination.
Willingness to accept project assignments and business trips as required.
