Recently, the Vientiane KOKKOK MEGA Shopping Center project, undertaken by our company, has been progressing smoothly. Key milestones have been achieved, including the completion of the main structural framework.
Positioned as a new shopping and lifestyle landmark in Vientiane, the project spans a total construction area of approximately 76,000 square meters. It integrates diverse formats such as retail, dining, and leisure. Since its commencement, the project team has overcome challenges associated with overseas construction, rigorously ensuring quality, safety, and timelines. Core processes, including steel structure installation and main structural pouring, have been efficiently advanced. Currently, the project has entered the façade construction and interior preparation stage, with an expected official launch in 2026.
Upon completion, the project will further enhance Vientiane's urban commercial infrastructure, support local consumption upgrading and economic development, and serve as another benchmark project for China-Laos economic and trade cooperation. The steady progress of this project will further strengthen our company's influence in Laos and the broader Southeast Asian market.
